New day new start

Happy Sunday! It is a beautiful day down here in the Lowcountry. There was such a refreshing bite in the air this morning with the warm sun still shining. Got me thinking I needed to get something fun on the canvas.

I’m currently working on a commission piece for a co-worker. The vibe is space-intergalactic-bright black hole. Super cool and super fun but very dark layering while trying to find/maintain the light. Needed a break from that.

So enjoy the beginning of a new oyster roast piece. This weather also has me excited for those too. And you know I’m a jacket girl.
